KWS KG100 Auto Flask Unbedding and Cast Cleaning Machine
Developed to reduce the time needed to remove investment, the KWS KG100 Auto Flask Unbedding and Cast Cleaning Machine automatically removes casting trees from flasks before removing the investment from the casting. The entire process takes between 30 and 60 seconds, depending on the size of the tree. Requiring a water connection, the system can accommodate both flasks and casting trees measuring up to 280 mm (11 inches) in length. The intensity of the system's water jet is adjustable, preventing any deformation or damage to the casting. Weighing 456 lbs., the system measures 85 cm wide by 65 cm deep by 125 cm high (33.5 inches by 25.6 inches by 49.2 inches).
