How to Customize Curved Tip Melee Tweezers
This article by Steve Satow shows how to customize curved tip melee tweezers for channel setting.
These tweezers are great for gripping melee when straight tips don’t give you enough clearance. They allow you to slide melee down the channel without loosing your grip.
Please wear your safety glasses when your grinding. Grind down the tips until they are 0.5 mm wide and cut them off square with your separating disc.
Use a sharpened separating disc to cut a groove across the tips of the tweezers about 0.5 to 0.25 mm from the ends.
