"Body Art Exhibition," an exhibition sponsored by Security Pacific Corporation, on view from September 8 to October 21, 1990, was curated by Mark Johnstone and Wendy Mickell. Eleven art jewelers, from both North America and Europe, were invited to show up to eight works each, including: Simon Costin, Robert Ebendorf, Lisa Gralnick, Jung-Hoo Kim, Paul David McClure, Johannes Oppermann, Gerd Rothmann, Marjorie Schick, Marianne Schliwinski, Joyce Scott and Tone Vigelund.

Steve LaVoie, a professional photographer in Pasadena, was then invited to shoot the works on models who volunteered from the corporation and the extended community. A 32-page illustrated catalog is available: send $2 for postage and handling to: Cindi Bogert, Security Pacific Gallery, 555 Anton Boulevard, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.
