Rota Bench Plus: Revolution in the Work Zone

TIM Systems Ltd. Developed the time saving work bench "Rota Bench Plus". An extensive range of accessories enables the bench to be most effective for each task. Multiple tasks can be managed parallel in a logical manner thanks to helpful accessories of the Rota Bench system. With a rotating tray the separation of precious metals dust and other components are a lot easier to use and become more efficient and therefore cost effective. Due to this efficiency it allows more time for the worker to create in a more organised manner. To maximize the comfort for the jeweler the workbench is height adjustable. The bench top can be adjusted back and forward also up and down, to suit the individual person.

After centuries of back problems, lung diseases and eyestrain there is finally an improvement at the jewellers work bench. The Rota Bench Plus comes with numerous lighting options, run by the power block which is connected to the power socket via transformator. The vac system is an effective fume and dust extraction facility which can be pulled down. It works with a three step filtration. A dustbag catches large particles. The foam filter catches fine particles and the charcoal filter eliminates hazardous fumes. The filtered air stays inside the room.

The bench is constructed from medium density fibre board with a durable melamine surface. All components are available separately as well as the metal leg set option and additional 2/3 add-on trays.
