"The third generation of the tried and trusted PUK welders, the PUK 3, has been a great success worldwide," says Harald Lampert of the company Lampert, Germany, with great satisfaction. The advantages of the PUK 3 over its predecessor the PUK 2 are described as enormous by the customers.

In technical terms the 'silver-mode' appealed to customers in particular. With the new generation, good results can now also be achieved with silver, a difficult metal. It can likewise be used with materials such as silver welding wire.

The PUK welder has been extremely successful since its implementation in the middle of last year: "We have been able to expand our network of retailers from 50 to 60 countries. Our free PUK newsletter is in high demand. We receive new subscribers every day and the positive feedback is enormous," says Lampert. Lampert has already published ten newsletters. The PUK newsletter contains important user tips and is offered via the website in either English or German. In addition the Lampert homepage features user videos.

The new PUK 3 is now technically mature and aesthetically designed. The technical product has been awarded the prestigious iF - DESIGN AWARD 2008. Goldsmiths and jewelry designers in particular require a high quality design. This PUK welder, produced entirely in Germany, has been awarded the GS quality seal.

In the USA, the PUK devices 'Made in Germany' are highly sought-after. At the JCK Show 2008, the PUK 3 will again be featured at many stands. "All major tool and machinery suppliers will demonstrate the capacity of PUK-welding at the JCK, " explains Robert Sepiashvili, Lampert Tools USA representative for North America. He is on tour throughout the USA and Canada all year just to promote the new PUK 3.
