Subject: Shenoa Diamonds
Comment: Be very careful if you order from trhis NY jeweler. They promise you everytthing and say everything you want to hear before they make the sale, promising things like a great quality, that it will be appraised for twice as much, and that you will get a full refund if not 100% satisfied! But these are all lies. You will waster your money for shipping to you & shipping back and will be very disappointed. You are better off buying from a local jeweler that will not cost you anything to return if not satisfed!

Comment: We were promised a g color diamond and received an m diamond. We even paid for a certification from this company. The diamond was awful. It ruined what should have been the best day of my life.
