Comment: I have bought extensively from Otto Frei, beginning with taking classes at the Revere Academy. They have always been helpful, patient with returns and very accomodating. Woody at the Phelan Building is always there to keep things running smoothly and seems to know "everything" I recommend them.

Comment: I recently purchased tools from Otto Frei and was quite pleased with the service. As an aside Otto Frei has a branch office located on the 9th floor of the Phelan Building in Downtown San Fransisco.

Subject: Praise for Frei and Borel
Comment: I have used Frei and Borel as one of my tool suppliers for over 10 years. I have always been happy with their courteous and helpful sales people, and their prompt service. This week, they exceeded expectations. I had ordered some tools, and a small mistake was made resulting in my receiving a small package a sand paper instead of the jar of Jett Sett that I had thought I had ordered.

When I called to inquire how to exchange the wrong item for the correct one, they simply offered to send out the Jett Sett, free of charge. They did, and it arrived the next day.

Am I a devoted customer? Without a doubt!
