Subject: Poor Return Policy
Comment: This company charges your credit card when the item is not in stock and it may take months before you receive it! I waited 12 weeks from the date my payment was posted to receipt of the product. The product malfunctioned after only using it 2 times. I called to exchange it and found I was 7 days outside of their 14 day guarantee.
