Subject: Good site, poor customer contact
Comment: I found the Insurance Resource Brokerage website to be informative and easy to navigate -- so much so that I was ready to start talking about a policy. I sent them an email through their "contact us" link and have never heard from anyone at the company. I'm so busy I don't have time to chase down people I want to do business with, so I am looking elsewhere.
