Subject: trouble getting IJS to reply
Comment: I have been having trouble getting IJS to reply to me regarding some problems and returns as well. I have ve been wondering if this is a consistent problem with them, it is been consistent for me for a couple of months. -- The quality of stones seemed ok, and most of the tools (except some needle files that look really crummy so Im inclined to send them back). But had some problems with calibration of their small round cabs and at least one item received that I did not order. They also dumped about 30 strings of beads and pearls all together in a plastic bag and shipped it to me. Im STILL untangling the mess.
