Subject: RUN as fast as you can!
Comment: I purchased $150.00 worth of beads from them on Ebay a while ago.(2005) After I won the auctions I went and looked at all of the other auctions that were listed and realized he had the ones that I won listed.....RED Flag!! I then emailed them promptly, asked if there was indeed someone named Austin Hamilton making these beads and also if they were properly annealed. They reassured me that there was an artist who had some other people helping, in a Canadian studio, making these beads. Hence, the duplicate listings. He also said that they were properly kiln annealed. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, because he was a power seller and had a very high percentage of positive feedback. After I received my beads I became very suspicious. The bead release was still in them. I soaked them in hot tap water from my sink and 5 of them broke. I emailed him and he said that if I was unhappy to send them back. I did. I insured them for $150.00 and mailed them back. He then informed me when he received them, that more had broken because I packaged them poorly. I wrapped them in bubble wrap......lots of it. So I told him that they were insured and for him to persue a reimbursement from the postal service. Needless to say, I do not have the beads and I was out $150.00..........DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Subject: Misleading Sales Pitch
Comment: These beads are not artisan beads, they are mass produced in China, the site makes you believe that they are made by glass artists in Canada or the US, which is untrue. Very dissappointed.

Subject: Buyer Beware !!!!!
Comment: These beads are NOT quality artisan beads... they are mass produced in China and of very poor quality. Often copied from other talented artists, the beads areoften broken, and so must not have been kiln annealed and are still full of bead release...... DO NOT BUY !!!!!

Subject: Mass Produced
Comment: The beads are mass produced in a Chinese factory. They are not "artisan quality" studio beads as the vendor would like you to believe. You get what you pay for.

Subject: Poor quality beads
Comment: The picture looked much better than the product. Bead holes not cleaned. Several broken on arrival. Beads malformed in some cases.
