Subject: Not too pleased
Comment: I've ordered from them about 5 or 6 times. The orders (stone beads) arrived quickly and with few errors, but the stones were sometimes of lesser quality than the strand pictured on the site. (i.e. rose quartz was whitish & cloudy, not clear; or stone surface was pitted & cracked, not smooth) After too many disapointments and returns (slow refunds!) I've stopped using them.

Comment: I have ordered online from them many many times buying for two different bead stores. I have had very few problems and they have always been very helpful when there has been a problem. Mostly just being sent the wrong thing. I have met the owner in Tucson and he is very nice and not too pushy as some salesmen can be. I would recomend them, they have very good quality gemstone beads, and decent prices on silver and watch faces.

Comment: I haven't actually ordered from their website because I don't live too far from their showroom. When I have been browsing through their showroom, I can hear them taking phone orders and they're always nice and helpful. They do take returns of items ordered over the web, but not purchased in person. I've been happy with everything I've purchased from them and feel their stones are of good quality.
