Comment: I was very satisfied with my purchase. Initially I had my doubts because of the low price but I am happy with quality. I will definitely do business with them again.

Subject: wrong advertisment, poor customer service
Comment: they always send you lower quality items, i bought diamonds many times had to return them at least 6-7 times, i was tired of getting wrong and bad quality items from them... now i dont do business with them any more...

Subject: happy with calibrated cabs from Alpha Imports
Comment: Their web site is extensive but I've been able to call and ask for things that I didn't find on their site. For example, I wanted some various cabs but needed them at a cheaper price. They had lesser qualities available for lower prices that were not on their site. I was very satisfied after receiving them too.
