    Jim, Well said. I think that there are enough of us who are members
    of SNAG who feel the same way. If we are persistent in communicating
    these views to SNAG I think that the powers that be will take
    notice. If an organization is not responsive to their members, the
    organization will begin to lose members. I have attended a couple of
    SNAG conferences, including the last one, and have come away
    inspired by the presentations and encouraged by meeting and talking
    with other members. I also look forward to each new issue of
    Metalsmith. That said, SNAG's focus does seem to be primarily
    directed at one constituency within the greater membership. All of
    us who agree with this basic premise need to communicate this to
    SNAG. Especially now that there is a link between Ganoksin, Orchid &
    SNAG, I think that the time is right for us to demand more from
    SNAG.
