  Lion's head pendant

How it's made - a beautiful 14k gold Lion Head pendant using the punching on a lead block and stone setting techniques. Hand made, one of a kind. This video is showing only the semi finished item , being erased recently by accident (human error) from the PC and tape too. This video was on the same tape with the "Tiffany chain and heart pendant"....

To Eddy7,
Please understand that if its something
a jeweller will not tells you ever, this will be his
formulas , especially the solder formula !! You makes
me feel embarassed asking me for this , is true I have
my own formula, but i get it after several experiments
and it is my - let's say - copyright ...I can give in
exchange the formulas of the classic european solders :
gold or silver , colour , temperature and composition.
If you will send me an e-mail adress i will send you
gladly. And if you'll have intuition, you'll find a
formula for your self too , starting from the standard
solder formulas. That is all i can do for you . I hope
you will not be ungry on me.

Giacomo : Being the first time I comment. I want to
congratulate You for your Priceless Gift. You very
well deserve any money you ask for your excellent
work. [ you should ask for more ;o) ]
I want to
tell you , I believe money is just a way to survive but
a secondary thing for us how love creating master
pieces in precious metals and gems. the Satisfaction
of a finish piece of art is Priceless and the pride
will stay with us till the end of times. anything else
is just icing in the cake. ( I am sure if we didn't
need money we will still make beautiful pieces of art
for any one how asked. ( am I wright? )
I Want to
thank you soooooo much for all your videos, so
instructive explicit and inspiring.
I have seen
many of your videos and now I see you as a
teacher.

I have just a little question if
you don't mind to share , I know by now that you make
your own solder. can it be possible for you to teach me
how to make it ? Please Please.
And as long as
it's possible for you, Keep making videos they are so
inspirational for all of us how love art and jewelry
making.

Thank you , E.

It is incredible! I love the way the tongue is formed
and the teeth. Your attention to the details is
excellent!

I am a Leo but only wear smaller
necklaces, otherwise I would have one made. Your work
just amazes me and makes me want to be a better
goldsmith.

I also really like the the music
you use in your videos.

Awesome work,
Giacomo!

Nel
