Established Franco-American certified (GIA, ING) gemologists brought up in East Africa.
Our father mined aquamarines in East Africa in the mid-60s. He was the first geologist to discover the tanzanite deposits in the late 60s and was the one who brought the gem to Tiffanys. In the early 70s, he discovered the famous ruby deposit (John Saul Ruby Mine) in Kenya.
We, his sons, are carrying over a similar passion for tanzanite and other quality gemstones.
