Subject: Rings 'N' Things
Comment: I have been a regular customer of this company since 1993. At that time I lived in Spokane, where they are located. I moved away in 1995, and all my orders since then have been mail order, in the last few years all placed over the web. I can't ever remember getting the wrong item, or being dissatisfied with something in terms of not matching the description. For example, I have learned with other bead companies to steer clear of "Assortments" because they are of highly uneven quality - I was spoiled because R'n'T assortments are all good quality items. I find their web site pretty easy to use, and their shipping is fast after an order is placed. I think their prices are good. When I have called them on the phone they are always extremely helpful and friendly. They are good about truthful descriptions of items they sell, including information about various treatments for stones. I am a happy customer.

Comment: I have ordered twice from Rings and Things and really enjoy the catalog which has a huge variety of items. However, they are the last place I go because their prices are not competitive. I also attended one of their "wholesale" shows in the Chicago area and again, while I was impressed with the selection, the prices were so high that I chose not to purchase anything.

Comment: An exemplary company,with whom I have dealt very successfully for a couple of years now.I live on a small Mediterranean island off the coast of mainland Spain, so shipping has always been a problem with some US suppliers who can't believe that UPS is not the acme of transporters outside the USA, and insist on using them.
Rings n Things will use the most efficient means of shipping requested by the customer (what a surprise that the end user should actually know better than the supplier !!)
I get stuff from them via USPS withing 4-7 days, which,believe me, is very good work....
There stock and their pricing structure is very reasonable, and they will source stuff they don't have in stock....for example, they get patterned sterling wire for me from one of the big jewelery suppliers,whose shipping policy is so inflexibly locked into UPS that it takes a month to get stuff from them,and there are then surcharges to pay, and I have to go to the local UPS depot to pick up the stuff I've paid through the nose for "4 day door to door" delivery!!!
No such problems with Rings n Things,their web shop is a model of efficiency and convenience, and their print catalog and newsletters always a delight to recieve.

Comment: I cannot praise too highly the service I get from these guys...I live in Ibiza, which is literally on the southern edge of Europe...it's an island...and using USPS Global Priority mail, I can get stuff from them within 4-5 days.Their website is a model of clarity and ease of use, and their on-line ordering system is without rival. From certain other US suppliers who insist on using UPS exclusively to ship internationally (usually because they can't be bothered to deliver the outgoing packages to the US mail office), I get big delays and customs problems...so now I get Rings & Things to buy stuff from them and then ship it to me if it's something they don't usually carry...and they do it without fuss,and with their customary friendliness and efficiency.
I'm a fan and a very satisfied customer for over 3 years now...and they send Jolly Rancher candies with every order.
