Subject: Amazing prices but you are probably too small
Comment: I had been placing orders with them for years while working at a small studio. But when I tried to order jump rings for my own business they refused, even though I knew & was willing to meet thier minimums, they said that I was too small. They sell to Rio (which is where they sent me) where the jumprings are double the price. No, thank you, I will make my own. What are minimums for anyway? Do they only sell to places the size of Rio and accounts that they have had for 20 years? I am giving a poor rating because they did not respond to my inquiries, then after some pestering they sent a gold coin jewelry catalog (go figure?) and finally they refused me. However, I would do business with them in a second if only they would have me.
