Subject: Satisfied customer
Comment: I have been buying stones from DiamondFloor.com for the past few years and have had positive experiences with them. They do have very good prices and I have been satisfied with my purchases which have mostly been between 1 and 3 ct. stones. One thing to be aware of is that their stones are sourced from dealers all over the world and that the shipping cost is not refundable if you want to return a stone. I have not had to return any stones. I usually only buy stones with a GIA certificate as opposed to other lab certificates because I believe that the GIA grading is more accurate, despite the recent problems of GIA.
