Subject: Ordered often, usually quite happy.
Comment: I've ordered from CG close to twenty times or so. I've always got pretty much what I expected because they have large, true-color photos of their stuff on the website along with honest descriptions. If it's included or windowed they'll say so and it's up to you to choose. I've found their prices are very reasonable and the service has been quite good. Custom orders are a little slow but the product was exactly as ordered once I received it. Shipping has always been fairly priced and the packaging has been exceptionally good. None of the few hundred stones I've ordered from them has ever been damaged in shipping. My only complaint with CG is that the website is unpredictable and buggy. Pages will come and go without warning and I've never been able to complete the online purchasing process without getting a page error. This has not effected the accuracy or reliability of their billing though. I've always been charged exactly what I expected and not a penny more. I would not hesitate to order from them again ... and I can only hope that they get the problems with thier site ironed out. Given the quality of their product and the effort they obviously put into doing a good job they deserve better. Signed, Trevor F.
