I find working with my hands satisfying, and I enjoy creating beautiful objects. I prefer simple techniques, and using my hands. Knitting, crochet, and more recently, twining and weaving, form a large part of my work. Apart from these, fabrication with soldering and rivetting is my main construction technique. I set titanium, niobium and shell in sterling silver. I get my titanium and niobium colours by heat and anodising, then I use various grinding, punching or painting techniques to create a surface texture. I try to make my work wearer-friendly and comfortable as it is intended to be worn.
