Recommendations for rotary engraving machines?

Hello - I am looking to buy a rotary engraving machine to engrave
sterling silver and gold filled jewelry and would like some
suggestions. The ability to diamond drag/rotary engrave on flat and
slightly curved surfaces is a must. The abilities to engrave on
rings/bangles and cut out shapes from sheet metal are nice, but these
are not my immediate needs. Korean machines, such as Best Build and
Magic Engravers, offer all of these functions in a single machine
under 10k, but I am under the impression that their technical support
is minimal (I am new to machine engraving and will appreciate good
support). Does anybody have experience with these machines and their
technical support? I also would like a recommendation for machines by
US-based companies that are suitable for jewelry engraving; I am
currently looking into M20Jewel by Gravograph. Any suggestions for
things I should consider when purchasing a machine are also
appreciated. Thank you very much.

The U-Marq CX-5 engraving machine will do all of the process you are
looking to do. It is one of the best machines on the market today.

It will do diamond drag on flat surface, domed surfaces (using the
Depth Profile), deep engraving, ring and bangles inside and outside
engraving, name or special shape cut outs, engraves glass, wine
bottles, wine glasses. The CX-5 is an easy machine to use and to set
up. Large work surface 9" x7", cylinder engraving 12.5" x 5.5",
glass engraving 180 degree rotation, industrial engraving 9" x 7".
Vise opening 14".

I hope this helps.
