Hello Friends,
I don’t know if you’re aware of this, but SilverMate tarnish remover
will produce the same destructive results as Tarn-X and other dips
containing acidified thiourea. The difference with SilverMate is that
it works slower, doesn’t contain acidified thiourea and is
considered non-toxic, though, you’d never know it by its pungent
odor.
