    There's no misrepresentation intended, at least on my part. Maybe
    your photos come out perfect except for a few traces of dust, but
    until my photography skills become equal to my jewelry skills, I am
    grateful that I can help the photographs look like what I see when I
    look at the actual pieces, rather than the dark and murky images my
    camera gives me. 

    All product photography that we see in magazines has had every
    square micron retouched, never doubt that for an instant. We're not
    talking about anywhere near that level of work here. What we've been
    talking about here are fairly subtle effects, an optimization of the
    image.
