    I haven't heard anything about that, and couldn't find anything
    online, but you should be aware that small magnets can be deadly for
    infants if they get loose and the child swallows them. A pair of
    magnets, or a magnet and anything ferrous, can be swallowed
    separately and then find each other in the intestines, link up
    between loops, and form a blockage. The very powerful magnets
    available these days are especially dangerous in this way. (This
    would be bad for anyone, but it's the babies who want to put
    anything and everything into their mouths.)
