    Actually this is how I first responded to the question (since I seem
    to have been taken for the spokesperson for one side of the
    argument):

>     No discussion of why or why not. Just no. 

    It was only the second part of the response in which I said that
    purposefully raising your prices so that you can always discount
    them was unethical that seemed to have started the maelstrom. But I'm
    still standing by both comments.
