Dear Folks,

    Here's an update on our Rolling Mill Workshop. 

    August 2-3, 2008 9AM-6PM, at Montrose, PA. Montrose is in
    Northeastern PA. 

    This is a 2 day intensive workshop with the Rolling Mill Master, Jay
    Whaley. Jay will be teaching us how to take 24K Gold & Fine Silver &
    alloy them to 18K & 14K Gold, & Sterling Silver. We will then melt
    the alloys and pour them into sheet & wire ingot molds. 

    Using the Rolling Mill, the ingots will be rolled into our choice of
    thickness & shape to create various sheet & wire products. We will
    then make finished Jewelry of our choice with our newly created Gold
    or Silver sheet & wire products which we created from scratch! 

    This Workshop will teach us how to make our own sheet & wire stock
    without having to wait on an order from a supplier for a particular
    piece. This is also an excelllent way to recycle Gold & Silver scrap
    & not have to send it out to the refiner. 

    Student packets for the class will be going out shortly. We only
    have room for a total of 10 students, so if you are interested,
