    Ha Ha Ha Gwen, I do agree with you. Here in St Maarten people will
    negotiate all the time. All those posters who tell the customers to
    get lost or become upset and get on their high horse, probably have
    never been on the bones of their bums, with the rent looming and a
    growling stomach. Nothing lowers a price like when you HAVE to make
    that sale to eat. Trust me, I know....
