    Anyone happen to have a New Hermes Engravograph sitting broken in a
    corner somewhere? We are looking for the 'jaws' assembly for a
    Vanguard-Model V3000LT. The actual culprits are the threaded copper
    stabilizers that run alongthe threaded crank. 

    We have tried the company to no avail. Any ideas where to find parts
    for this?
