    I love picture books about jewelry/ decorative arts as much as I
    love tools. I find wonderful books in the Edward Hamilton catalog
    often at substantial discounts. I spend my breakfasts and lunches
    eating and looking at books. Don't read the texts much, you know,
    visual mind. Although the text of this one was interesting and
    sucked me in to some degree. 

    Alan  Revere's  new book, published by Lark Books is such a treat! I
    can't think of another book so crammed full of simply gorgeous
    jewelry. It is both encouraging and discouraging. It pushes me to be
    more creative, but shows me technique that is far out of my limited
    reach. I can only respond by rededicating myself. So many fine
    jewelers, so many neat ideas. 

    I understand that this is the first of a series. I look forward to
    the rest.
