    I was given the name and phone number of the person to talk to at
    Citibank that is handling the charge back that I was denied reversal
    on. She will not answer her phone, only lets the answering machine
    take calls, and she won't return calls either. She must feel that
    she is God and doesn't have to take phone calls from lowly merchants
    trying to make an honest living. The credit card companies don't
    have any problem taking our money for transaction fees, but they sure
    don't want to assume any responsibility for approving a sale! They
    are God and we are just low lives in their book. So if you want to
    get something for free and don't have any morals just use a
    MasterCard to buy something and then call for a charge back. If you
    can live with yourself for being dishonest it looks as though
    MasterCard will give it to you for free. I am still checking with
    the USPS fraud division to see if this constitutes mail fraud.
