    BENCHTOP PRESSES Aug. 22 24, 2008
    3 Days 24 hours - $450

    The Benchtop Press workshop includes the use of at least 3 different
    kinds of presses that will fit neatly on a benchtop. (Screw, arbor,
    and hydraulic presses.) However, most of it (90%) is centered on
    using the 20-ton hydraulic press and making/using simple dies for
    it. Demonstration of bending, embossing, forming, simple "pancake"
    cutting, compound, and deep draw dies. You will make your own
    pancake cutting and forming dies in the workshop. Practice is done on
    copper and red brass sheet. Includes die steel, base metal practice
    sheet, notes & patterns. Bring your own silver.
