    I used to subscribe to Art Jewelry (I have temporarily decided not
    to renew a number of subscriptions due to spending the money
    elsewhere for my company), but I have to say I didn't have a problem
    with receiving the magazines at all. 

    I have ordered magazine subscriptions in the past from 3rd party
    warehouses (usually for org fundraisers), and I rarely have a
    pleasant and successful transaction with them. I usually end up
    contacting the 3rd party warehouse and raising commotion with them. 

    Just my experiences.

    I subscribed to this magazine from their web site. The issue is
    coming, not every month, i think, they are less then 12 issues per
    year. 

    I would call to a) magazine itself and complain them about it and b)
    credit card about paying for something that you didn't receive.

    later. I ordered by phone with my Visa, and I am in Canada. Try
    1-800-533-664 for Phone orders. http://www.artjewelrymag.com for
    Online. 

    If I were you I would contact the credit card company and have the
    money charged back to you. and either phone or order online from
    them. Not affiliated just enjoy the magazine, which btw is very
    similar to Lapidary Journal's Jewelry Art Magazine

    Ivy, I started a subscription to Art Jewelry by contacting them
    directly on-line. I paid with my credit card. My subscription
    started promptly, and never missed an issue. At a guess, I'd say your
    difficulty is with Delta, not Art Jewelry. Good luck resolving this!
    I imagine it will take a bit of time and perseverance on your
    part--never say die until you get your money or your magazines!

    Ivy,

    Your problem is with the 3rd party, not with Art Jewelry, in my
    opinion. Too many of the 3rd party "subscription services" are really
    ripoffs. Contact Delta and demand a resolution. Then contact your
    credit card company to report the problem and the merchant and see if
    any remedies are available this far out (some things have to be
    reported in a "timely" manner). 

    It seems to me that it's best to handle subscriptions either
    directly through the publication or through a tried-and-true third
    party like Amazon. 

    Couldn't hurt to also report to Mastercard that you are receiving an
    unwanted publication that they are saying is through your
    Mastercard, just to make sure there isn't any identity theft involved
    (yours or anyone else's)! 

    Not fun, for sure!
