    Well my first answer is, "That depends." That depends on the design.
    Are you creating a bracelet to hold the watch? Or are you going with
    the premade silver watch band parts and solder on bezel settings or
    decorations? These parts are sold at suppliers who specialize in the
    Native American silver trade. Such suppliers are Indian Jewelers
    Supply, Thunderbird, etc... 

    The second response is a question, "Is it how long it takes me or how
    long should it take you?" How long it takes me is a matter of how
    complex the piece is. 1/2 to 4 hours is my ballpark. Since it is for
    your wife is how long it takes you really important? It's labor of
    love and it takes as long as it takes...
