Hello Everyone,

    I work for Leo Hamel Fine Jewelers in beautiful San Diego, Ca. We
    are in urgent need of a Bench Jeweler and a Master Jeweler. If you
    know of someone that might be interested in one of these positions,
    please let me know. I have included a brief description of each
    position. Please call for more information.

    Bench Jeweler 

    We are looking for a Graduate Jeweler for an entry level position.
    Candidate should have from 0-5 years of work experience and will be
    apprenticing in a full service workshop in setting, repairs,
    restorations, custom, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone
    straight out of GIA, for a full time position. Jeweler must pass a
    bench test at end of interview process 

    Duties include: Apprenticing in a full service workshop in setting
    repairs, restorations, custom, etc. 

    Master Jeweler 

    We are looking for a Master Jeweler with proficiency in wax carving,
    metalwork using gold and platinum, laser welding, setting diamonds
    and colored stones in pave, micro-setting, bezel, channel, prong,
    etc. Candidate must have experience in custom work, restorations and
    repairs. Candidate must have 10 years minimum experience and the
    ability to CAD / 3D / Matrix Design is a plus. Master Jeweler must
    pass a bench test at end of interview process 

    Duties include: Wax carving, metalwork using gold and platinum, laser
    welding, setting diamonds and colored stones in pave, micro-setting,
    bezel, channel, prong, etc.
