Hi Mary,

    In the US you can add more information as to alloy components as
    long  as you have the minimum. So you could stamp "metal clay " or
    "mc"  along with the silver or fine silver or whatever you use to
    indicate  fineness. Other countries I have no information on. By
    doing this you  will let a future jeweler know what they are working
    on if they need  to do a repair.
