Jim,

    I know you hit the nail on the head. Proper size to begin with, and
    the customer being shown the right way to slip on the bracelet, will
    alleviate any problem down the line. 

    I have never had a cuff bracelet fail, and I have many, some now
    over 50 years old. Make it right, put it on right, and no problems at
    all.
