    Someone can correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that hallmark
    stamping is regulated by the government, not the jewelry community.
    If you want to add a new term, such a proposal probably needs to go
    to the US federal trade commission or the your country's assay office
    for evaluation and acceptance.
