    So you wrote it but did not post it to Orchid? Even if that is the
    case you posted it to a public forum, on the internet. It still does
    not make what you did ok. It was ethically wrong to have posted it
    anywhere and the act of firing someone for voicing a critique of the
    material is wrong and possibly actionable.
