I have extensively used fine silver for many many years with never a
piece returned due to structural defect or any failure of metal
components..999Ag prperly work hardened is a great alternative to
copper containing alloys and is versatile in creating other alloys
and karats of gold, thus saving me money in fabrication and "cutting"
charges, placed on manufacturers of mill products.

Equally,I have manufactured my own mill products to order for a large
number of clients over the years and have never had a single length
returned due to any failure of the metal. I have cast with fine
silver without incident as well. Whomever put the notion in people's
heads that fine silver is somehow inferior to sterling is plain
uninformed, and has probably never worked with it in their lives...
