    I'm sure that others will weigh in on this also, but off-hand, I
    would say no. If you were to make a thin sheet from the metal clay
    gold and then fire it, then attach it to your brass, perhaps. But
    otherwise, the heat necessary for MC gold is extreme - almost 2000
    degrees F, and I don't see brass being very happy in those conditions
    without a lot of cleanup afterwards. You're the expert though - you
    could always purchase a small amount and try it.
