    I wouldn't suggest that. If it's going to be a "false" start, what's
    the sense in getting the tax man involved? That official hoopla costs
    a lot of time, money, and energy. Not to mention real estate in the
    brain and sleepless nights.. Definately not worth it. As a matter of
    fact, if I ever had to do it again, I don't think I'd set up a C corp
    either. I think I'd just do a sole proprietorship. I've been named
    personaly in a lawsuit before and my lawyer said not to try to hide
    behind the corporation..so why did bother? The suit would cost way
    less to just settle than all of the accounting fees I've paid over
    the last 10 years. (Not that it would be right, I'm just sayin'...)
