I have both a Little Torch and a Meco Midget. I bought the Meco four
or five years ago. I find I still use the Smith at least 90% of the
time. I have two complaints about the Meco and hopefully someone can
tell me what to do about them. The hoses which came with the torch
are stiff and heavy and make maneuvering the torch really awkward. I
notice there are so called "ultra light" hoses available but only for
use with oxy/acetelyne. Since I prefer propane that won't work for
me. Does anyone know of a source for lightweight flexible hoses I can
use with propane? Although I know some people do, I'd rather not use
the clear plastic hoses available at most hardware stores.

Also, the torch has valve creep. It has had it since the first time I
used the torch. I set the flame the way I want it, get it in
position to do the job and the flame has changed and has to be
readjusted. I'm not talking about the initial change brought about by
enlargemant of the orifice when it initially heats up but later when
it's been burning for a while. Any ideas?
