    I guess I'm wondering why you feel you need to. They obviously have
    enough experience to know they are not getting what they want from
    their current product and looking for something that will provide
    that condition or quality. What's to fix or help with? People hold
    pencils in different fashions, I don't feel the need to correct them
    to my method. 

    I am assuming they paid for the torches. :-)
