    I asked a similar question a year or so ago, but didn't get a
    response.  I think because, other than plain round, white gold beads
    are tough to  come by. Rio has a pretty decent selection (p. 179)
    but no melon beads.  Stuller has 4 and 5 mm roundels. Maybe your
    customer would accept one of  

    these options, and spare you from driving yourself crazy? (Or maybe 
    you're like me and it's already too late...)
