    No this won't impact the statistics in this case. In the JCK report
    the problem is across the board in all ends of the field including
    sales which have had pretty much equal representation for a long
    time. Also why should someone being newer to the field make a
    difference. Either you can do the job or you can't. Either you get
    paid the same or you don't for doing the same job.
