Hello Rene,

I just read your question about gluing a pearl onto a peg and would
just like to let you know about the glue that I use. It is called
E-Z Fix and it is the best glue that I have ever tried. My husband
found it for me and I was skeptical at first, but it has done
wonders for me. It needs no mixing and comes in liquid or gel. I can
glue my pearls onto a peg using the liquid and just hold it for 30
seconds or so and I have yet to have one come off. Also, I am a
lapidary as well as a jewelry artist and I can use the gel to fill a
fracture in a piece of stone, and then dop it and go ahead and grind
and polish it and most of the time, you can't even tell that it ever
    had a fracture.

You can get it from Tony Cruz who is a very nice man to do business
with. His email is gluemanezfix AT earthlink.net or you can leave a
message at 941-721-1902. I am sure that you will love it if you
decide to give it a try.

Thanks to all of you for your great advice and hope all had a
    wonderful holiday.
