    As I read the posts concerning what kind of glue to use in bead
    stringing and bead tips, I was surprised to find so many use G-S Hypo
    glue to do the work. I hadn't thought of that but I can't help
    wondering if maybe that might work in cases of needing to glue a 
pearl
    onto an earring post setting. Would that work or would the bond be
    poor, bad for the pearl? 

    Anyone have some insight for that one? At our shop we have
    epoxy...but sometimes either through operator error or humidity,
    applicator gone wild, epoxy doesn't bond the two.
