Hi all. Just trying to clear up another nonsense listing on ebay
this time its " Australian black opal solid cut ersatz stones" listed
on ebay, to the novice who knows nothing of the value of red on black
opal could very easily misled into thinking these stones are natural
black opal. They are solid man made opals and they should be listed
as such to avoid any more confusion about opal. Unless you look up
the meaning of ERSATZ you would have no idea. It's a German word
    literally meaning substitute or replacement.

Nothing wrong with selling this material but please make it plain to
the buyer so as to avoid confusion and disappointment that may arise
out of this type of selling practice.
