    Ahhhh, once again, I need to explain - I ordered a 16 oz Rust COLORED
    Patina. I was sent a 4 oz bottle of Rust COLORED Patina - it was
    supposed to have been a 16 oz bottle (PINT)- for this item (I'm not
    even sure it's still in their Rio catalog) I'd paid more than $20.00
    US. When I called to question what I received, I was told that the
    reason I only got a 4oz instead of a PINT of this rust colored patina
    was because there is a difference between oz and ozt. I KNEW that
    METAL was weighed as OZT and I know what an OZ is! I don't think the
    person on the other end of the phone knew what they were talking
    about. I was also told that there would be a restocking fee if I
    returned the item. This happened a long time ago, and things may have
    changed at Rio. But, this was not the only time that I had problems
    with orders from Rio. Recently, though, it seems that they have
    better customer service, and are truly trying to provide great
    service.
